About Cove repair
Why Cove owners in DFW call the Cowboys
Cove is the dishwasher brand of the Sub-Zero and Wolf group, sold almost entirely as an integrated, panel-ready unit. Because it sits behind cabinetry, small faults — a drain that slows, a door seal that weeps — often go unnoticed until there is water on the floor. We pull, diagnose and re-fit the unit without disturbing your panels.
A Cove usually sits in the same cabinet run as its Sub-Zero and Wolf neighbours, so the job starts with protecting the custom panel and the finishes on either side. We also check the water supply, the drain loop and the mounting brackets, since a dishwasher that has shifted in its opening can leak even with healthy seals. Once it is back in place, it runs a cycle while we watch for drips.

FAQ
Cove repair — common questions
Will pulling out my Cove dishwasher damage the custom panel?
Not when it is done carefully. The panel stays attached to the door, the edges are padded, and the unit is eased forward only after the mounting screws and water and drain connections are released. On the way back in, the door and panel are aligned with the cabinets beside it.
My Cove sits next to a Sub-Zero — can you look at both on one visit?
Yes, book both and one technician can work through the dishwasher and the refrigerator in the same call. Refrigerant work on the Sub-Zero is handled under our EPA certification, and you get a separate price for each appliance so you can decide on them independently.
Why is there water under my Cove when I never see it leak?
Behind a panel, a slow drip from a loose drain connection, a worn door seal or a cracked inlet hose runs to the floor out of sight. The first sign is often a soft toe-kick or a stain on the flooring. We trace the water path with the unit running before deciding which part is at fault.
