Who we are
Appliance Repair Cowboys, 10501 Winding Passage Way, Fort Worth, TX 76131. Phone (469) 333-1806.
What we collect
When you call us, book online or request service, we collect the details needed to do the job: your name, phone number, service address, the appliance brand and model, and a description of the problem. If you book through our online booking provider (Housecall Pro), that provider also processes the details you enter in its booking form under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To schedule and perform repairs, to contact you about your appointment, to send invoices, and to keep service records for your appliance. We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics and cookies
This website may use basic analytics and the online booking widget, which set cookies or similar technologies. You can block cookies in your browser; booking by phone works without them.
Retention
We keep service and invoice records for as long as reasonably needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices
